What are your fees?

Our clients have different needs, so we don’t offer a one-size-fits-all pricing model. Instead, we understand your business goals and design a tailored solution to meet your objectives. This process includes an initial discovery session to review your current brand, positioning, and business goals. This service is 100% FREE, and you’ll walk away with insights and a roadmap for success. We understand that you may want a ‘ballpark’ upfront, but the amount you invest will depend on the scope of your project. We can tell you that, on average, our clients invest between $8-25K+. What support do you provide?

Depending on the scope of your project and agreed deliverables, you will usually receive an aftercare pack, including guidelines and your brand assets. In addition to the aftercare pack, we offer 12 months of free consultation. If you require advice, feedback or refresher instructions, you can book a complimentary 10-minute consultation via our website.

What are your payment terms for design projects?

We offer a payment plan with three instalments. First, a non-refundable deposit is required to secure studio time with our design team. Once we have reviewed your brand and presented our design strategy, we will create a concept package for your for consideration. A progress payment is due around this stage of the project. Our design team will then implement any refinements required. Finally, the final artwork and pre-press files will be prepared and packaged for digital delivery. The balance will be due upon final project sign-off but before files are released. Clients who choose to pay upfront will receive a 5% discount.

What is your turn around time?

The turn-around time of your project activates once it has been entered into our schedule and a project start date has been confirmed. This is triggered when you accept the proposal and pay your deposit. Generally, identity systems take 4-7 weeks to complete, with larger projects falling within a 5-12 week range.

How will we communicate?

We are always happy to discuss your project over the phone or zoom, however most communication takes place via email and your client portal. Your client portal gives you access to all proposals, presentations and concepts and a handy section where emails we have sent you can be reviewed.

Do you offer revisions?

Our concept process, which includes your brand foundation and design strategy, eliminates many of the revisions usually required at the project’s design stage. However, your happiness is our priority, so we have an allowance for up to two revisions if they are needed.

What’s the difference between a revision (alterations) and redesign (major revisions)?

A revision or alteration is meant to be a slight modification or course correction to bring a design closer to completion. For example: changing a colour, swapping pictures, switching fonts, updating text with a similar word count, refining a shape or element in a design, changing the order of sections, or changing elements of the design by no more than 15-20%.

A redesign or major revision is the process of changing an established direction in favour of a new one. For example: Changing more than 15-20% of a design, changing the design direction, asking for major additions or extra concepts, ‘joining ideas’ to create new designs, supplying additional content such as text or images which results in the design needing to be restructured.

I’m not in Melbourne, can I still work with you?

You sure can! We’ve worked on many long distance projects and have systems and processes that allow for smooth communication and delivery of your project. Your client portal will keep you connected to us with your essential documents, PDF proofs, sign-offs and email communication. We can also meet up face to face using Zoom or your favourite conferencing platform. So, no matter where in the world you are located, we invite you to contact us.
