With roots dating back to 1901, Ferguson Plarre’s Bakehouse is a fourth-generation family bakery with deep brand recognition. But despite a loyal following, many stores were falling short of customer expectations and didn’t present a compelling offer for prospective franchisees.

We were brought in to revitalise the in-store experience and bring consistency to the brand, while preserving the core visual identity customers already loved.
Evolving the Brand Without Starting Over
Rather than reinventing, we were tasked with how key elements, the colours, stripes, photography could be used in fresh, relevant ways across new and refurbished stores.
The result was a complete, flexible graphic and spatial system designed to communicate Ferguson Plarre’s values and passion for baking all while keeping the warmth and familiarity that has built trust over generations.

Each element was designed for consistency, efficiency, and ease of rollout across multiple locations. These elements and has now were successfully rolled out across more than 20 stores.
