The Result
Following the rebrand, Spudbar successfully sold master franchise rights in Victoria, Western Australia, and New Zealand. It was acquired in a private sale within 18 months.
What began as a store uplift became a complete transformation, turning a good idea into a compelling, scalable franchise system.
