Emporium Melbourne is home to some of the world’s most expressive luxury brands and needed a leasing and tenancy vision pack that matched its elevated identity. We were asked to design a suite of materials that would speak to discerning global retailers and reinforce the centre’s commitment to excellence.

A Premium Welcome for the World’s Most Iconic Brands
We created a custom brochure inspired by the form and faceting of a jewel box — complete with a folded origami structure, laser-cut patterning, and a clear holographic foil finish that shimmered in the light. Every detail was considered to capture attention and convey refinement.
Inside, a fold-out gatefold booklet delivered an interactive, elevated experience that felt premium from start to finish — supporting both marketing and leasing teams in showcasing Emporium’s offering in a memorable way


Design That Reflects a Jewel-Like Experience
Alongside the experiential brochure, a traditional tenancy design vision document was crafted to round out the package — ensuring the visual identity and operational expectations were communicated clearly and cohesively.
Together, the materials served as both a brand artefact and a practical onboarding tool — setting the tone for the type of world-class retail environment Emporium demands.
